Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 c. cold water
3/4 c. celery
1/2 medium onion
1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 green pepper (small; optional)
1/8 c. chili powder
1/8 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 to 1 c. taco sauce or salsa
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
1/8 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
7/8 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Brown meat; add all ingredients but beans.
Stir.
Cover and cook 2 hours at 225\u00b0.
Add beans and cook 30 minutes.
Serve.
