Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Put pineapple with jello in pan.
    Heat and let boil for 1 minute, stirring often.
    Let cool for 10 minutes and stir in buttermilk, Cool Whip, nuts and mandarin oranges.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Congeals very quickly.
