Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
    Add bananas and pecans.
    Mix well. Pour into a large loaf pan or 2 small loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    (Pans must be greased or sprayed with Pam.)
