Crab Imperial Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 C. milk
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    2 slices white bread (cubed and crust removed)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    In medium pan melt 1 Tbsp. butter. Mix flour slowly adding milk - stir constantly to keep mixture smooth.
    Cook stirring over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
    Mix onion, Worcestershire Sauce, and bread cubes.
    Cool.
    Fold mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    In another pan heat 2 Tbsp butter until lightly browned.
    Add crab-meat and toss lightly.
    Combine with sauce mixture.
    Put mixture in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle paprika over top.
    Bake 450\u00b0 until hot and bubbly and lightly browned.
    10 - 15 min.
    Makes 4 servings.
