Mango Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins or dates
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. mangoes
Preparation
    Sift together first 5 ingredients.
    Add eggs, Wesson oil and vanilla.
    Mix ingredients on low speed.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Grease 2 loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch). Pour in batter and let set in pans for 20 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
