Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
2 medium eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into firm balls.
(If dumpling does not hold shape, add a little flour.)
Drop into a kettle of boiling water and boil 10 to 12 minutes, depending upon the size.
