Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, drained (this is 1 small can)
    1 c. raisins or nuts
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Pour into two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
