10 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 pkg. frozen peas, cooked and cooled
    1 large Spanish onion, chopped
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    8 oz. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    12 oz. shredded cheese
    3 oz. bacon bits
Preparation
    Place in layers in large bowl.
    Refrigerate overnight before serving.
