Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. mashed zucchini
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream the first 4 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk; mix well.
    Measure and sift all dry ingredients together into a bowl with wet ingredients.
    Grate zucchini and stir into mixture.
    Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan or 10-inch tube pan.
    Sprinkle chips on top of batter.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Tube pan will take at least 1/2 hour more to bake.
    Test for doneness.
    Cool in pan for a few minutes before turning out on wire rack.
