Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Cream
shortening,
sugar
and eggs; beat until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in deep loaf pan in 325\u00b0 oven 1 hour or until brown.
