Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 c. plain flour
2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 tsp. crushed dried rosemary
1 egg
1/3 c. milk (buttermilk)
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Set aside. In another bowl, beat egg and mix with sour cream, milk and butter. Add to cornmeal mixture. Mix just until combined. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking dish or muffin cups. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until tests done and golden brown.
