Rosemary'S Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks unsalted butter (at room temperature)
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. packed light brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 extra-large eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    24 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 c. coarsely chopped, toasted pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and creamy, about 3 minutes.
    Beat in the vanilla and eggs until smooth.
