Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak (tenderized)
    1 chopped onion
    2 cans beef consomme
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    flour
    paprika
    1 pkg. egg noodles
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Cut round steak into cubes.
    Mix flour and paprika until flour mixture is well coated.
    Heat oil in pan.
    Add chopped onion and meat; stir until meat is brown.
    If it doesn't look red enough, add more paprika to this mixture.
    Add beef consomme and 1 can water; let simmer until meat is tender over low heat.
    Cook noodles according to directions.
    When noodles are drained, add sour cream to meat mixture and stir well.
    Pour meat mixture over noodles and serve.
