Oven Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. round steak
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 soup can water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 dashes hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 onions, sliced
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat meat with the mixture. Brown slowly on both sides in hot fat.
    Spoon off excess fat.
