Holiday Breakfast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cups oil
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup coconut
    2 cups dried bananas
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Add blended eggs and oil.
    Add remaining 5 ingredients.
    Makes 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
