Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In skillet, cook sausage until brown.
Drain.
Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
Place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.
Pat dough to fit bottom and sides of pan, sealing perforations.
Spoon
sausage over dough. Sprinkle with potatoes.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
In bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over preceding ingredients and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 375\u00b0
for 25 minutes.
