Coo-Cae Dutch Spice Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add milk and make a smooth batter.
Pour into greased loaf pan(s) until batter reaches 2/3 of the way up the side of the pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of bread comes out clean.
(No fat and easy!)
