Yvonne'S Lime Jelled Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple juice (from can)
1 small pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
Save juice from drained pineapple.
If, when ready to use the juice, it doesn't quite come to a full cup, add a little water to make up the difference. While Jell-O is cooling, mix remaining ingredients thoroughly.
Add to Jell-O mix; pour into mold.
Serves 10.
