Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and squash.
    Add dry ingredients and nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes two 9 x 5 inch loaves.
