Scotches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Butter bottom of pan.
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Add sugar and blend.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Stir in vanilla, flour and baking powder.
Mix thoroughly. Add nuts and stir lightly to combine.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
