1 c. corn meal
2 c. milk
4 eggs
Preparation

Cook corn meal in milk until mixture is of the consistency of thick cream. Beat in one at a time the egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Turn into a greased baking dish and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
