Yum-Yum Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. unsifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large bowl, mix first three ingredients.
Add flour and baking powder.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
