Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. white sugar
    4 eggs or Egg Beaters
    2/3 c. shortening
    3 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 c. pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in large bowl, except nuts.
    Beat on medium speed until smooth.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour in greased pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
