Pie Crust(Makes Two Pie Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. milk, soured (by adding 1 tsp. lemon juice)
Preparation
    Sour milk and set aside.
    Using a pastry blender, mix flour, Crisco and salt.
    Add sour milk and blend to proper consistency.
