Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    29 oz. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. basil
    garlic
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    medium container cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
Preparation
    Cook the
    lasagna noodles in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Drain
    and
    rinse under cold water.
    Brown the meat. Grate the
    cheeses.
    Prepare the sauce by combining the tomato sauce, parsley, basil and garlic to taste.
