Zucchini Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    4 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick
    4 stalks celery, sliced thin
    2 medium size onions, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with lid and cook on Medium in microwave, removing and stirring twice.
    Let stand 5 minutes, covered.
    Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
