Sweet Potato Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 or 5 sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. honey
1 c. milk
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. orange peel, grated
1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
1/3 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Scrub and grate potatoes; set aside.
Mix eggs and honey.
Add oil; mix until smooth.
Add grated potatoes, orange and lemon peel and mix well.
Add spices.
Butter a baking dish well.
Bake slowly for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Good hot or cold.
