Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 mashed bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening. Add 2 eggs and beat well. Add flour, soda, bananas, salt, vanilla and buttermilk. Beat well. Add nuts. Stir mixture and pour in pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
