Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. steamed rice
raisins
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat yolks.
Add sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and rice.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
Put in baking dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
