Double Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. cocoa
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, beat softened butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Stir together flour, cocoa, soda and salt.
    Add to butter mixture.
    Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
