Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 zucchini, sliced
3 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. diced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet, saute zucchini in hot oil and butter until lightly browned.
Arrange zucchini, slightly overlapping in baking dish.
Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper, then with bread crumbs.
Cover with sauce and then with cheese.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
