Cashew Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. roasted cashews, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Beat butter and brown sugar in mixing bowl at medium speed. Beat sour cream, egg, and vanilla into butter and brown sugar mixture. Stir flour, baking soda, and salt together and add to egg mixture and beat. Fold in cashews. Drop by tsp. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
