Chocolate Layer Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    11 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
    3 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    3 1/2 c. cold milk
Preparation
    1st Layer:
    Work butter, flour, sugar and nuts until crumbly. Work into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
