Sausage Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread, let thaw but do not let rise
1 lb. sausage
1/2 bar hot pepper cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Roll out bread dough into rectangle.
Fry sausage and drain. Sprinkle 1/2 over dough.
Shred hot pepper cheese and mix with Mozzarella and parsley flakes.
Spread over sausage.
Then spread rest of sausage over cheese mixture.
Beat eggs and drizzle over mixture.
Roll dough up jelly roll fashion.
Spread some egg mixture over top.
Place on greased cookie sheet, seam side down. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Freezes wonderfully.
