Persimmon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugars.
    Add egg and persimmon pulp and mix. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
