Sweet Potato Cake With Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat together oil, sugar and eggs.
    Mix dry ingredients and add slowly to oil mixture.
    Divide mixture into two 8-inch cake pans that have been oiled and lined with waxed paper.
    Bake 40 minutes or until tests done.
    Cool before frosting.
