Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil or butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar in large bowl.
Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in bananas, milk and vanilla; blend.
Stir in flour.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
