Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
9 (5/8 oz. size) milk chocolate bars (Hershey bars are neatly broken into pieces)
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour.
Place half of the dough in a cookie press, using the ribbon plate.
Press strips onto ungreased cookie sheets.
