1 lb. dates
1 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
4 c. nuts
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Chop dates into chunks, cherries and pineapple into slivers. Place fruit and nuts into a large bowl. Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Cream margarine, sugar and eggs. Beat well. Mix all ingredients well. Do not use a mixer. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
