Lemon Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    4 large eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat sugar and margarine until light.
    Add lemon peel.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add milk and juice, beat well.
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    Add to batter.
    Add nuts and stir until just blended.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool completely.
