Sweet And Spicy Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 large red or green pepper, cut in strips
    1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    3/4 c. sweet and sour sauce
    1/8 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    3 to 4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice.
    In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
    Add pepper strips, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add green beans,
    chicken, sweet and sour sauce, red pepper flakes, pineapple and reserved juice.
    Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until heated through.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
