Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. poppy seed
1 tsp. salt
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, oil, vanilla and poppy seed.
Stir well. Sift together salt, flour and baking powder.
Add to liquid mixture.
Stir in milk.
Bake in large loaf pan, greased and floured, at 350\u00b0 for about 50 to 60 minutes.
