Bagood'S Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5-6 Chicken breasts
2 x 10oz. pkgs. Frozen broccoli
9 oz. Artichoke hearts, halved
1/4 c. Slivered almonds
1 c. Sour cream
2 cans Cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. Curry powder
1/4 c. Sherry or white wine
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook the chicken breasts, remove the bone and cut into bite size pieces.
Cook the broccoli until tender, cut up and place in a buttered 13 x 9 pan, place chicken pieces on top.
Drain the artichokes and place over the chicken, then sprinkle with almonds. Mix together the sour cream, soup, curry powder and wine.
Spoon over the mixture and bake at 350\u00b0f. 180\u00b0c. gas mark 4 for 1 1/2 hours.
