Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Kraft shredded Parmesan cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. jumbo macaroni shells, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 large jar your favorite spaghetti sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    12 oz. cottage or Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine onion, salt and pepper, egg, spinach, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese and 1 cup of Mozzarella. Mix well.
    Stuff cooked jumbo shells with this cheese mixture and place, open side down, in a large baking dish.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce.
