Zucchini Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups chopped zucchini
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 4-oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 individual tart shells
    Pinch of salt
    Pinch of garlic powder
    Pinch of pepper
    Pinch of sugar
    1 6-oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 cup milk
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Cracked pepper
Preparation
    Saute zucchini, onion and mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes.
    Add pinches of seasonings. Cool.
    In bowl, beat cream cheese, milk, salt and egg until well mixed. Add a little cracked pepper. Combine sauteed vegetables into cream cheese mixture. Cook tart shells as directed (they come frozen, 8 to a package). Cool.
    Just before serving, fill tart shells. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
