Cracker Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. saltine crackers
1 small onion, chopped fine
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. sage
1 can milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Roll crackers real fine.
Mix sage in dry crackers.
Saute onions, celery and butter.
In a small pan, warm milk.
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add onions, celery and butter to crackers.
Add eggs. Add milk, a little at a time, until crackers are real moist.
