Turkey Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 stick oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. turkey or chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    2 c. cooked turkey, diced
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Saute onions and green peppers in oleo.
    Add flour and stir until bubbly.
    Add broth and milk.
    Stir to thickened.
    Add turkey and water chestnuts.
    Stir until heated well.
    Serve on toast or rice.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes 4 servings.
