Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, unbeaten
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water.
Combine in mixing bowl cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast.
Add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.
If you have trouble stirring in flour, you can knead it in.
Cover and let rise in warm place (85\u00b0 to 90\u00b0) until light and double in size (50 to 60 minutes).
Stir down dough.
Turn into well-greased 8-inch round 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
