Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. very thinly sliced zucchini, washed and dried but not peeled
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped sweet onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Mazola oil
4 beaten eggs
Preparation

Use 13 x 9-inch pan.
Butter generously.
Bake mixture until golden brown at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes on upper rack in oven.
Cool. Cut into bite-size squares.
Package and freeze.
When ready to serve, be sure they are completely thawed.
Bake again at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Serve hot on picks.
