Apple-Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. diced apples
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Stir together ingredients in order given.
Pour batter into 2 greased 8-inch loaf pans and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar, mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
